Welcome.

Exploring therapy as a means to better understand our own thoughts and behaviors requires strength and courage. I am honored to partner with my clients in providing a warm and respectful environment in which to make discoveries, and affect changes to improve wellbeing.

The first few psychotherapy sessions is an opportunity to think about your goals and consider ways to create change. In my experience, I know that the therapeutic match is key to the success of therapy, so we will talk openly about how the beginning of therapy is feeling for you and create a plan together.
